The prices displayed in our catalogues are quotes which may vary from country to country for the same product. Prices shown on the website both for india and in other international countries are subject to change without prior notice. These prices only reflect the mrp and do not include shipping and taxes which may be extra as applicable.

Modes of payment

For shipping to india, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including mastercard, visa & american express) and also provide net banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, contact us directly at wecare@bahuranngi.com

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within india as well as abroad.

 Once your order is placed, it takes 24 hours for our bankers to authenticate your order, after which your order is dispatched.
Indian shipping : delivery within 7- 10 working days
international shipping : delivery within 15 working days. For international orders kindly contact us directly at wecare@bahuranngi.com

Please note that saturdays, sundays and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

We offer free shipping for all deliveries in india. If there is any special comment or specification please mention it in our remarks section. Our representative will call you back if required.

Courier companies generally deliver the shipments during normal working hours, which may vary across courier companies and from country to country.

Customs duty for international order

Import duties/taxes may arise on the arrival of your parcel to the shipping destination. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries depending on the merchandise, order value, merchandise quantity, end use, and composition of materials used to make the merchandise and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.

Please note custom duty is added over and above the shipping cost. Shipping & handling costs refers to the cost of shipping an item from the shipping location to the destination country.

We do not take any duty/taxes in advance from customers. If any such duty/taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information.

On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you.

Non-availability on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Returns

Bahuranngi endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 1 days of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 1 days of delivery at  +91 7536828384 from monday to saturday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (ist) or email us at wecare@bahuranngi.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Easy online domestic returns and exchanges

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1.on the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2.pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

International returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at wecare@bahuranngi.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “return accepted” confirmation email from us

Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
